WhatsApp is reportedly developing a new feature for Android and iOS that enables users to personalize their chat windows.
WhatsApp is reportedly developing a feature that lets users customize the appearance of chat windows. Initially spotted in the beta version for iOS, the Meta-owned messaging app now seems to be extending this feature to Android as well.
According to WABetaInfo, the new feature aims to enhance user experience by allowing users to select their favorite color for chat bubbles.
In a screenshot of the beta version, a new section called ‘Chat Theme’ appears, offering two options: ‘Message Colour’ and ‘Wallpaper.’ While the app already supports changing chat wallpapers, the option to alter chat bubble colors is still being developed.
